Очень простое, но очень вкусное печенье

Ингредиенты на 25-30 шт.
-яйцо
-1 стакан сахара.
-0.5 ч.л соды.
-200 гр. сливочного масла.
-2,5 стакана муки.

Приготовление:
Яйцо смешать с сахаром и содой. Всё хорошенько растереть и перемешать. Добавить масло комнатной температуры. Перемешать до однородной массы. Добавить муку. Тоже всё перемешать и быстро замесить тесто. Раскатать пласт толщиной 8мм. Вырезать печенье. Выпекать в духовке 8-10 минут. Не передержите! Печенье не должно сильно крошиться. Сверху оно будет хрустеть внутри останется слегка мягким.
