Необыкновенный рецепт йогуртового торта

Чтобы приготовить такой торт нужно будет взять: 4 яйца, 100 гр. муки, 2 столовые ложки сахара, 400 гр. йогурта, 10 гр. желатина, 20 гр. желе, 1 чайная ложка разрыхлителя для теста.
Переходим к приготовлению . Сначала заливаем желатин небольшим количеством холодной кипяченой воды. Размешиваем его хорошо и оставляем, чтобы он набух.
Муку и разрыхлитель для теста просеиваем в одну посуду . В глубокой миске взбиваем яйца и сахар. Понемногу начинаем вводить муку в яичную смесь и постоянно помешивать.
Берем форму для выпечки со съемным кольцом . На дно стелим пергаментную бумагу. В форму выливаем тесто, равномерно его распределяем. Ставим форму в разогретую духовку до 180 градусов на 10-15 минут. Когда корж выпекся и остыл, вынимаем его.
Выкладываем корж на блюдо. Вставляем его в кольцо от разъемной формы, которое мы оборачиваем пищевой пленкой.
Набухший желатин ставим в микроволновку, чтобы он растворился. Йогурт пересыпаем в миску и добавляем к нему желатин. Все хорошо перемешиваем. Затем выливаем йогурт с желатином в форму на корж. Уберем форму в холодильник на некоторое время, чтобы йогурт застыл.
Готовим желе согласно инструкции на упаковке. Высыпаем желе в миску, заливаем его водой и оставляем его набухать.
После этого ставим желе в микроволновку и нагреваем, чтобы оно растворилось . Выливаем желе сверху на застывший йогурт в форме. Ставим торт в холодильник до застывания желе.
