Простой рецепт торта «Рафаэлло» без выпечки

Для коржей: 400 гр. печенья «Мария», 100 гр. кокосовой стружки.

Для крема: 200 гр. сливочного крема «Крем-чиз», 500 мл сливок 33%, 100 гр. сахара, 3 ст. л. кокосовой стружки.

Для начинки: 150 гр. замороженных вишен, 1 ст. л. сахара, 50 гр. грецких орешков.

Для украшения: конфеты «Рафаэлло».

Готовим крем. В чашу миксера перекладываем сливочный сыр. К нему выльем холодные сливки, взбиваем миксером. Через несколько минут в чашу добавляем сахар, продолжаем взбивать.

После этого в крем высыпаем кокосовую стружку, уменьшаем скорость и взбиваем еще несколько минут.

Готовим начинку. Замороженные вишни предварительно размораживаем. Затем к ним добавляем сахар, размешиваем.

Грецкие орехи очищаем от  скорлупы и измельчаем любым удобным для Вас способом.

Переходим к сборке торта. Для этого нам будет нужна плоская тарелка. Ее дно смажем кремом. Затем на него выложим первый слой печенья в два ряда. Теперь обильно смазываем его кремом. Далее опять идет слой печенья + слой крема. Этот слой посыпаем измельченными орехами. Дальше выложим процеженную вишню.

На нее выкладываем печенье, смазанное слегка кремом снизу. Теперь продолжаем выкладывать слои из печенья + крем до тех пор, пока не закончатся ингредиенты. Бока торта и верх смажем кремом, посыпаем кокосовой стружкой и украшаем конфетами.

Уберем торт на несколько часов в холодильник.
