Рецепт салата «Свинка», который украсит Ваш праздничный стол

Для него нужны: 400 гр. вареной колбасы без сала, 250 гр. маринованных шампиньонов, 150 гр. сыра, 2 моркови, 2 свежих огурца, 3 яйца, 1 банка консервированного горошка, 3-4 ст. л. майонеза, 1 черная оливка.
Морковь варим до готовнос ти. Затем сливаем воду, остужаем ее, чистим и порежем маленьким кубиком.
Грибы разрезаем на 4 части. Твердый сыр необходимо порезать кубиками маленького размера.
С вареной колбасы снимаем обертку, 50 гр. колбаски оставим для украшения салатика, а всю остальную режем кубиками небольшого размера.
Огурцы промоем, просушим, обрежем кончики, нарезаем их кружочками. Яйца заранее отвариваем вкрутую, остудим их, очистим от скорлупы, режем маленьким кубиком.
Переходим к сборке салата. На дно миски выкладываем колбаску. К ней добавим кусочки консервированных шампиньонов, морковку, сыр, яйца. Далее откроем баночку консервированного зеленого горошка, сольем жидкость и выложим его в посуду к остальным ингредиентам.
После этого перемешиваем продукты. Дальше добавим майонез и еще раз тщательно размешаем.
Готовый салат с горкой выкладываем на блюдо.
Из оставшейся колбасы отрезаем 1 кусочек большого размера и 3 кусочка меньшего. Из 2 тонких кусков вырезаем ушки. А в толстом делаем две дырочки, это будет пятачок. Из 3 делаем хвостик . Выкладываем их на блюдо.
Из маслины делаем глазки. По бокам салата выложим свежий огурец.
