Салат, который порадует Вашу семью в новогоднюю ночь

Чтобы приготовить это блюдо нужно взять: 4 яйца, 2 картофелины большого размера, 1 морковка, 1 луковица крупного размера, 2 столовые ложки майонеза, 1 банка консервы, 100 грамм 9% уксуса.

Начнем готовку. Вначале нам нужно подготовить овощи. Картофель и морковь промоем в воде, перекладываем их в кастрюлю, заливаем водой и ставим на средний огонь. Варим до готовности. В процессе приготовления немного подсолим воду. Затем сливаем воду, остужаем.

Куриные яйца варим вкрутую. Далее сольем воду, остудим, очистим их от скорлупы и отделим желтки от белков.

Луковицу очищаем от шелухи, мелкими кубиками нарезаем. После перекладываем в пиалу и заливаем уксусом. Маринуем лук примерно 10 минут. По истечению времени сливаем уксус.

Я взяла консервированный тунец. Вы можете взять консервы на свой вкус. Открываем банку, сливаем жидкость, выкладываем содержимое на тарелку и тщательно разминаем вилкой до однородного состояния. Это будет первый слой нашего салата.

Вторым слоем выложим маринованный лук. Остывший картофель трем на крупную терку и выкладываем его на слой лука. Затем этот слой смазываем обильно майонезом.

Далее трем морковь на крупной терке, выложим его на слой картошки. Морковку тоже сбрызгиваем майонезом.

После этого на крупную терку натираем белок, выкладываем, но майонезом не смазываем. Желтки трем на мелкую терку и сверху украшаем ими салат.
