Салат «Принцесса», дающий ощущение праздника

Для салата нужно: 150 гр. слабосоленой семги, 2 яблока, 2 картофеля, 2 яйца, 1 лук, майонез.
Для маринада: 1 ч. л. сахара, 1 ст. л. яблочного уксуса.
На первом этапе готовки замаринуем лук. Для этого очистим его, нарежем мелкими кубиками. Далее переложим в пиалу. К нему добавим сахар, яблочный уксус, размешиваем.
Слабосоленую семгу нарежем мелким кубиком . Картошку заранее отвариваем до готовности. Затем остудим, почистим и натрем на крупной терке.
Яйца тоже варим вкрутую заранее, снимаем скорлупу, делим на белок и желток, трем на мелкой терке по отдельности.
Переходим к сборке салата. На большую плоскую тарелку поставим разъемное кольцо. Первым слоем выкладываем слабосоленую семгу. Вторым слоем будет маринованный лук. Следующим слоем выкладываем тертый картофель, смазываем его майонезом.
Яблоки промоем, почистим от кожуры, вырежем сердцевину. После этого нарежем их небольшими кубиками и сбрызнем лимонным соком, чтобы они не потемнели. Выложим яблоки четвертым слоем + майонез.
Далее выкладываем тертые белки, немного смажем майонезом. Завершающим слоем будут тертые желтки.
Теперь аккуратно снимем кольцо. Украшаем готовый салат укропом, ягодами клюквы.
