Символ каждого Нового года салат «Сельдь под шубой»

Для приготовления возьмем: свекла, морковь, картофель, филе селедки, лук, майонез.

Вначале готовки нужно подготовить все ингредиенты. Свеклу нужно отварить до готовности. Картофель и морковку необходимо сварить в подсоленной воде.

Когда овощи приготовились, мы сливаем воду, остужаем все. Свеклу нужно очистить и натереть на крупную терку. Картофель чистим от кожуры, режем небольшими кубиками. Морковь очищаем и трем на крупной терке.

Луковицу тоже очищаем, нарезаем небольшими кубиками. Главный ингредиент этого салата это филе сельди. Его необходимо нарезать кубиками небольшого размера.

Для приготовления этого салатика нам будет нужно форма большого размера. Если у Вас такой нет, то можно сделать такую форму из подручных средств, именно так я и сделала. На плоскую тарелку ставим форму и переходим к сборке салата.

Первым слоем выкладываем сельдь. Вторым слоем укладываем измельченный лук.

Далее будем выкладывать картофель, равномерно распределяем его по всей поверхности формы. Затем обильно смазываем майонезом.

Морковь укладываем на слой картофеля, промазываем майонезом. Последним слоем будет тертая свекла, разравниваем ее по форме.

Оставляем салат на 1-2 часа. После этого осторожно снимаем форму. Майонезом делаем сеточку для украшения.
