Сытный многослойный салат удивит Ваших гостей

Для приготовления нужно : 3-4 картофелин, 200 г. грибов, 1 репчатая луковица, 200 г. твердого сыра, 4 яйца, 200 г. говядины, 1 маринованный огурец большого размера, 1 вареная морковка крупного размера, майонез, соль.
Переходим к готовке. Картофель предварительно варим в подсоленной воде до готовности. Затем остужаем его, чистим шкурку и трем на мелкую терку.
Для сборки салата нам потребуется плоская тарелка и съемное кольцо , которое нужно обмотать пищевой пленкой. На дно тарелки выкладываем первым слоем часть картофеля.
Шампиньоны нарезаем небольшими кусочками. Их необходимо обжарить на растительном масле до золотистого оттенка, солим. Грибы выложим вторым слоем.
Репчатый лук нарежем тонкими полукольцами, отожмем его от лишнего сока . Лук будет третьим слоем. Затем все смажем обильно майонезом.
Твердый сыр трем на мелкую терку и выкладываем часть на майонез. Куриные яйца заранее варим вкрутую, снимаем скорлупу. После этого трем их на мелкой терке, выложим половину. Это будет следующий слой.
Говядину предварительно варим до готовности в подсоленной воде, остужаем и нарезаем тонкой соломкой. Ее выложим на слой яиц. Далее поливаем все майонезом.
Маринованный огурчик режем соломкой, он идет следующим слоем. Теперь выкладываем опять слой картофеля. На него сверху выложим отварную морковку, тертую на мелкой терке + майонез.
Далее идет оставшийся сыр. Следующим слоем будут яйца. Сверху делаем сеточку из майонеза, снимаем форму.
