Для приготовления очень вкусного салата с кальмарами нам необходимо: баночка готовых кальмаров 125 гр., черный молотый перец, два вареных яйца, одна луковица среднего размера, пол стакана риса, 100 гр. майонеза, соль, зелень петрушки для украшения салата (по желанию).
Начинаем наше приготовление: возьмем два яйца и сварим их вкрутую. Затем нам нужно промыть тщательно рис и отварить его до готовности.
Переходим к следующему этапу. Берем луковицу, чистим ее и нарезаем полукольцами. После того как яйца отварились и остыли, мы их очистим. Дальше нарезаем их мелкими кубиками.
Далее берем кальмары и режем их кубиками среднего размера.
Теперь начинаем собирать наш салат . Выкладываем рис в тарелку, добавляем к нему кальмары, измельченные яйца и лук. Все ингредиенты солим и хорошо перчим по вкусу.
На завершающем этапе приготовления нашего салата нам необходимо к добавленным ранее ингредиентам добавить майонез и все продукты тщательно вымешиваем . Чтобы ингредиенты равномерно распределились в салате.
Готовый салат мы выкладываем в салатницу и украшаем несколькими веточками петрушки. Салат получается невероятно вкусным и очень аппетитным.
