Вкусный диетический рецепт салата с рукколой и беконом

Для приготовления такого салата возьмите следующие продукты: 100 г. рукколы, 250 г. бекона, 250 г. помидоров черри, 100 г. сыра пармезан, 50 г. кедровых орешков.
Для соуса нужно взять: 2 ст. ложки подсолнечного масла, 2 ст. ложки оливкового масла, 2 ст. ложки соевого соуса, 2 ст. ложки бальзамического уксуса, 2 ст. ложки горчицы в зернах, 0,5 ч. ложки сахарного песка.
Начинаем готовить соус. В пиалу выливаем соевый соус, подсолнечное масло, оливковое масло, бальзамический уксус, горчицу в зернах и сахарный песок. Теперь эти ингредиенты необходимо тщательно размешать.
Бекон нарезаем тонкими ломтиками среднего размера, обжариваем с обеих сторон на небольшом количестве оливкового масла до румяного цвета, с каждой стороны слегка солим.
Помидоры черри нужно промыть под проточной водой, просушить и нарезать половинками.
Пармезан необходимо натереть на крупной терке. Рукколу моем, хорошо обсушиваем.
Переходим к сборке салата . Для этого нам будет нужна большая плоская тарелка. На ее дно выложим рукколу, поливаем соусом. Сверху выкладываем кусочки обжаренного бекона, посыпаем его кедровыми орехами.
Теперь идет слой половинок помидоров черри. Этот слой посыпаем слегка тертым пармезаном, поливаем соусом. После этого повторим все слои заново.
