Вся семья будет в восторге от салата «Грибное лукошко»

Для этого блюда возьмем: 2 картофелины, 1 морковь, 2 яйца, 2 плавленых сырка по 50 гр., 1 копченый окорочок, 3 маринованных огурца, 1 пучок зелени укропа, 300 гр. маринованных опят, майонез, черный молотый перец.

Картофель и морковь необходимо заранее отварить до готовности, остудить, почистить и натереть на крупной терке, раскладываем их по разным тарелкам.

Куриные яйца тоже нужно заранее отварить вкрутую. Далее остужаем их, снимаем скорлупу и трем на мелкой терке.

Плавленый сырок нужно натереть на крупную терку. С маринованных огурчиков срезаем кончики, нарезаем их кубиками маленького размера.

С копченого куриного окорочка снимем кожу, убираем кости, режем его маленькими кубиками.

Перейдем к формированию салата. Для этого нам нужна будет плоская тарелка и сервировочное кольцо, ставим его на тарелку. Первым слоем выложим картошку, хорошо разравниваем ее, смазываем обильно майонезом и посыпаем черным молотым перцем. Вторым слоем будут маринованные огурцы.

На них следующим слоем выкладываем куриные яйца, промазываем их майонезом. Далее идет тертая морковь. На нее выложим куриный окорочок, который смажем хорошо майонезом. Завершающим слоем будет тертый плавленый сыр, слегка промажем его майонезом. Теперь салат уберем на полчаса в холодильник.

После этого осторожно снимаем кольцо. Сверху и по бокам салатик посыпаем измельченным укропом.

Теперь выложим маринованные опята.
