Необычная закуска с грибами

Для блюда нужно: 350 гр. муки, 100 мл воды, 100 мл молока, 1,5 ч. л. сухих дрожжей, 1 ст. л. сахара, 0,5 ч. л. соли, 50 гр. сливочного масла, 1 яйцо.

Для начинки: 200 гр. шампиньонов, 4 вареных яйца, 1 соленый огурец, 1 лук, 1 ст. л. майонеза.

Муку, соль, дрожжи и сахар пересыпаем в миску, размешиваем. К ним добавим теплую воду, теплое молоко, растопленное сливочное масло.

Теперь вмешиваем тесто. Далее переложим его в посуду, накроем пищевой пленкой и убираем в тепло на 1,5 часа.

По истечении времени возвращаемся к тесту, обминаем его, делим на 2 части. Каждую из которых раскатываем тонким пластом. Затем разделяем его на полоски шириной 3 см. Каждую полоску теста накручиваем внахлест на специальный конус для трубочек. Конец полоски хорошо слепим, чтобы он не открутился при выпечке.

Дно противня застелем бумагой для выпечки. На него выставляем все конусы с тестом.

В пиалу разобьем яйцо, взобьем его, добавим 2 ст. л. воды, перемешиваем. Этой яичной смесью смажем каждую трубочку.

Ставим противень в подогретую духовку до 180 градусов на 20 минут. С остывших трубочек снимем конусы.

Грибы и лук нарезаем кубиками. На сухой сковородке обжариваем шампиньоны. Затем добавляем подсолнечное масло, выкладываем лук, жарим до готовности лука, посыпаем солью, перцем.

Яйца, соленый огурец режем кубиком, выкладываем их в миску. К ним добавим грибы, соль, черный перец, майонез. Хорошо размешиваем.

Этой начинкой начиним все трубочки.
