Вкусный рецепт корзинок из фарша

Для приготовления такого блюда возьмем: 1 кг говяжьего фарша, 1 луковица, 120 гр. твердого сыра, 3 куриных яйца, 100 гр. слоеного теста, зелень петрушки, перья зеленого лука, соль, черный молотый перец, 1 желток.

На первом этапе приготовления займемся фаршем. Мясо для него можете брать любое. Пропускаем его через мясорубку. Луковицу чистим и нарезаем маленьким кубиком или пропускаем тоже через мясорубку. Измельченный лук перекладываем в фарш.

Веточки петрушки промоем в воде, слегка просушим и измельчаем. Ее тоже выкладываем в посуду с фаршем. Солим и перчим по вкусу, тщательно размешиваем.

Куриные яйца заранее отвариваем вкрутую. После остужаем, очищаем от скорлупы и трем на крупную терку. Перья зеленого лука промоем, просушим и мелко нарежем. Твердый сыр так же необходимо натереть на крупной терке. Выкладываем его в отдельную миску. К нему добавим яйца и измельченный зеленый лук. Далее эти ингредиенты солим, перчим, хорошо перемешиваем.

Противень необходимо слегка смазать растительным маслом. Затем нам нужно кольцо для салатов. Выкладываем его на противень. В середину добавим 2 столовые ложки фарша, разравниваем и в середине стаканом делаем углубление, снимаем форму. В серединку выкладываем яично-сырную начинку.

Тесто раскатываем пластом и разрезаем на длинные тонкие полоски, а затем разрежем все полоски в ширину пополам.

Из них выкладываем сетку на каждую корзиночку. Смазываем сверху яичным желтком.

Выпекаем 30 минут при 180 градусах.
