Для бисквита нам нужно: стакан сахара, 2 стакана муки, пол стакана молока, 100мл растительного масла без запаха, столовая ложка какао, разрыхлитель 11гр., 1 гр. ванилина, 4 яйца.
Для крема нам нужно: 500 гр. сметаны, стакан сахара, шоколад, сливочное масло.
Необходимо взбить яйца с сахаром. В глубокую миску разбиваем яйца и постепенно добавляем сахар. Взбиваем все миксером до пышной пены. В получившуюся смесь мы добавляем молоко, растительное масло, ванилин и все тщательно перемешиваем.
Дальше берем сито и в полученную массу постепенно просеиваем муку, добавляя разрыхлитель. Аккуратно перемешиваем тесто. Получается однородная масса без комочков.
Берем противень. Застилаем его бумагой для выпечки . На одну сторону противня выливаем равномерно часть теста. В оставшуюся половину теста добавляем какао и перемешиваем. Получившуюся массу выливаем на свободную сторону в противне.
Противень отправляем в духовку на 30-40 минут при температуре 180 градусов . Дверцу в духовке не открываем при выпекании.
Бисквиту нужно дать время полностью остыть . Дальше нам нужна тарелка, чтобы вырезать бисквит. Кладем ее сверху на корж и аккуратно ножом по контуру вырезаем.
Остатки от коржа нарезаем крупными кусочками.
Затем берем миску со сметаной, добавляем сахар и перемешиваем . Приступаем к сборке торта. Первый корж промазываем сметаной. Сверху кладем кусочки бисквита. Затем опять промазываем кремом. Продолжаем повторять эти действия, пока не закончится бисквит и крем.
Берем шоколад, на медленном огне топим его и добавляем 20 гр. сливочного масла. Этим кремом сверху поливаем наш торт.
