Простой и вкусный рецепт запеченного картофеля с курицей

Чтобы запечь картошку в духовке возьмите следующее: 1 кг картошки, 1 репчатый лук, 500 грамм куриного филе, 200 грамм сыра, 4-5 столовых ложек майонеза, 1 чайная ложка сушеного чеснока, 1 чайная ложка парики, 2 столовые ложки соевого соуса, соль, черный перец.

Куриное филе промоем под проточной водой, обсушим бумажными салфетками, нарежем кусочками небольшого размера. Перекладываем мясо в миску. К нему добавим соевый соус, 2 столовые ложки майонеза, тщательно размешиваем и оставляем мариноваться.

Картофель почистим от шкуры и нарежем тонкими кружочками, выкладываем в чашу. Туда же добавим соль, сушеный чеснок, паприку и оставшийся майонез, хорошо перемешиваем.

Репчатый лук чистим от шелухи, режем тонкими полукольцами.

Противень смазываем обильно растительным маслом. На него выкладываем половину картофеля. Затем на него выложим куриное мясо, перчим. Следующим слоем укладываем полукольца лука.

А на них выкладываем оставшийся картофель.

Ставим противень в разогретую до 230 градусов духовку. Запекаем картошку вначале полчаса. После этого достаем ее из духовки, поливаем образовавшимся соком и посыпаем тертым на крупной терке сыром. Отправляем еще в духовку на 10 минут.

Готовый картофель посыпаем измельченной зеленью.
