Сочный рулет с тыквой и мясом

Для приготовления блюда по этому рецепту возьмем такие ингредиенты: 300 грамм фарша, 150 грамм тыквы, 1 луковица большого размера, специи, 300 грамм муки, 200 мл воды, 1 чайная ложка соли.
Начнем наше приготовление. Муку пересыпаем в глубокую миску. В стакан воды высыпаем соль, перемешиваем и выливаем жидкость в посуду с мукой. Яйцо не добавляем. Замешиваем тесто. Оно должно получиться эластичным. Выкладываем его в пищевой целлофановый пакет и убираем в сторону на 30 минут.
Переходим к приготовлению фарша. Я для фарша взяла говядину, промоем ее, нарежем на небольшие куски и пропустим через мясорубку. Вы можете брать любой вид мяса.
Луковицу необходимо очистить и нарезать мелкими кубиками. Кусочек тыквы чистим и так же режем меленьким кубиком. Перекладываем это все в посуду к фаршу. Добавляем соль и черный молотый перец, тщательно вымешиваем.
По истечению времени вернемся к тесту. Скалкой раскатываем его в тонкий пласт. На него выкладываем фарш, равномерно распределяем по всей поверхности. Теперь аккуратно тесто сворачиваем в рулет.
Затем нарезаем его кусочками, перекладываем в чащу пароварки. Готовим примерно 30 минут.
