А теперь готовим Брюссельская капуста с фундуком: Этап 1. Отварить капусту на пару в течение 8-10 минут.Этап 2. Лук мелко нарезать и на среднем огне на сливочном масле пожарить лук, пока не станет мягким, добавить уксус (1 ст.л.).Этап 3. Затем добавить капусту, сахар и еще 1 ст.л. уксуса.Этап 4. Обжаривать до карамеллизации капусты. Посолить.Этап 5. Потом добавить разрезанный на половинки фундук. По желанию добавить ломтики лайма.
