Необычный салатик с фунчозой на Новый год

Для приготовления нужно: лапша фунчоза, 150-200 гр. говядины, 2 яйца, 1 свежий огурец, черный молотый перец, сушеный зеленый лук, 1 ч. л. горчицы, 3 ст. л. соевого соуса, 1 ст. л. растительного масла.
Начинаем готовку . Фунчозу перекладываем в кастрюлю, заливаем кипятком и ставим на огонь. С момента закипания вариться лапша должна 5 минут. Затем воду сливаем, промываем фунчозу холодной водой. Свежий огурец нужно промыть в воде, обсушить, обрезать кончики и нарезать тонкой соломкой.
Мясо нужно заранее отварить до готовности в подсоленной воде, остужаем его. После этого нарезаем брусочками поперек волокон.
Сырые куриные яйца разбиваем в пиалу, солим слегка, перчим. Добавляем немного сушеного зеленого лука и 2 столовые ложки кипяченой воды. Затем все тщательно перемешиваем.
На сковороду наливаем растительное масло, когда оно раскалится, выливаем яичную смесь . Накрываем крышкой и обжариваем до готовности.
Переходим к сборке салата. Лапшу разрезаем на 3-4 части и выкладываем в миску. Далее выкладываем свежий огурец, мясо. Готовый омлет разрезаем на полосочки, перекладываем в общую посуду.
Дальше добавляем горчицу, соевый соус, растительное масло и все размешиваем.
