Нереально вкусный салат с мясом и грибами

Для приготовления необходимо взять: 200 грамм куриного мяса, 2 куриных яйца, 150 грамм шампиньонов, 100 грамм твердого сыра, 2 картофеля, 2-3 зубчика чеснока, майонез, небольшой пучок укропа, 50-70 грамм очищенных грецких орешков.

Начинаем готовить. Грибы промоем, нарежем небольшими кусочками. Обжарим на сковороде с добавлением растительного масла, до румяного цвета. В процессе обжаривания солим и перчим их.

Куриное мясо предварительно отвариваем до готовности в подсоленной воде. Затем остудим его и порежем брусочками среднего размера.

Куриные яйца заранее варим вкрутую, снимаем скорлупу и трем их на крупную терку.

Твердый сыр так же необходимо натереть на крупной терке. Картофель заранее варим в подсоленной воде, остужаем, чистим его от шкуры и трем на крупную терку.

Грецкие орехи очистим от скорлупы. Затем их нужно измельчить любым удобным для Вас способом (при помощи ножа или блендера).

Пучок укропа моем под проточной водой, просушиваем и мелко нарезаем.

Переходим к формированию салата. Для этого на большую плоскую тарелку выложим первым слоем отварное мясо, польем его майонезом. Вторым слоем будут куриные яйца + майонез.

Третьим слоем выкладываем обжаренные грибы, смазанные майонезом. Затем все посыпаем тертым сыром, который смажем майонезом. Далее выложим картофель.

Теперь измельчим чеснок, смешаем его с майонезом. Этой смесью смазываем весь салат. Украшаем сверху укропом и орехами.
