Нереально вкусный салат с морковкой по-корейски

Чтобы приготовить салат с морковкой по-корейски нам нужно взять следующие ингредиенты: триста грамм куриного филе, двести грамм готовой морковки по-корейски, двести грамм сыра, три консервированных соленых огурца среднего размера, два небольших зубчика чеснока, две столовые ложки майонеза.
Начинаем приготовление. Курное филе нужно отварить до готовности в подсоленной воде, остудить. Затем вареное мясо нужно разделить на волокна небольшого размера.
Готовую морковку по-корейски перекладываем в посуду к отварному филе.
Дальше возьмем сыр и натрем его на крупной терке , отправляем его к морковке по-корейски и филе.
Консервированные соленые огурцы нам нужно натереть на крупную терку . Перекладываем их в посуду к остальным ингредиентам.
Следующий наш ингредиент – небольшие зубчики чеснока . Возьмем их и натрем на мелкой терке, и добавим их в блюдо к уже подготовленным продуктам. Все ингредиенты тщательно перемешиваем.
Добавляем две столовые ложки майонеза и еще раз хорошо все перемешиваем . Готовый салат перекладываем в пиалу. Украсить салат по желанию можно зеленью укропа или петрушки.
