Невероятно вкусный рецепт салатика «Первый снег»

Для приготовления такого салатика потребуются следующее: 200 грамм куриной грудки, 150 грамм сыра, 40 грамм грецких орехов, 3 яйца, 100-150 грамм синего винограда без косточек, 4 столовые ложки майонеза.

Вначале приготовления нам необходимо сварить яйца. Затем сливаем воду, остужаем их, чистим от скорлупы и натираем на крупную терку. Часть твердого сыра так же трем на крупной терке.

Куриную грудку нужно заранее отварить до готовности в подсоленной воде, остудить. После чего нарезаем ее кубиками небольшого размера.

Грецкие орехи чистим от скорлупы. Затем ядра необходимо измельчить с помощью ножа, но не очень мелко.

Преступаем к сборке нашего салатика. Первым слоем на дно тарелки выкладываем кусочки отварной курочки, поливаем майонезной сеточкой. Вторым слоем выложим измельченные грецкие орехи, которые так же смазываем майонезной сеточкой.

Далее идет слой тертого твердого сыра + сеточка из майонеза. Последним слоем выкладываем куриные яйца, политые майонезной сеткой. Убираем салатик на некоторое время в холодильник, чтобы он пропитался.

Оставшийся сыр натрем на мелкую терку. Достаем салат из холодильника и обсыпаем верх и бока салатика сыром. Сверху выкладываем виноград. А на нем делаем снежинки из сыра.
