Рецепт бюджетного салата, но очень вкусного и полезного

Для приготовления такого салата Вам будут необходимы следующие продукты: 2 свеклы (800 гр.), 3 маринованных огурчика среднего размера, 250 гр. зеленого консервированного горошка, 2 плавленых сырка, 3 столовые ложки майонеза.
Начинаем наше приготовление с подготовки овощей . Свеклу нужно предварительно отварить до готовности. Затем сливаем воду, остужаем ее, чистим от шкуры и нарезаем кубиками небольшого размера. Выкладываем ее в салатницу.
Маринованные огурчики так же необходимо порезать кубиком маленького размера. Перекладываем их в салатницу к свекле.
Теперь переходим к плавленым сыркам. Чтобы они лучше нарезались, их лучше положить в морозильную камеру на 15-20 минут. Сырки режем, так же как и предыдущие ингредиенты – кубиками небольшого размера, выложим их в салатницу.
После этого откроем баночку консервированного зеленого горошка, сольем жидкость, горох добавляем в салатик.
Далее заправляем салат майонезом, тщательно размешиваем. Затем солим его по вкусу, еще раз перемешиваем. Даем полчаса салату, чтобы он пропитался, украшаем веточкой петрушки и подаем на стол.
