Рецепт необычного новогоднего салата

Чтобы приготовить салатик: 500 гр. куриного филе, 1 лук, 3 картофелины, 2 морковки, 5 яиц, 4 соленых огурца, 1 свежий огурец, 1 банка консервированного горошка, 100 гр. укропа, майонез.
Для маринада лука: 0,5 ч. л. соли, 1 ч. л. сахара, 1 ст. л. 9% уксуса.
Картофель и морковь нужно отварить в подсоленной воде. Куриное филе тоже отвариваем до готовности. В процессе приготовления воду солим и перчим. Яйца варим вкрутую.
Затем остужаем все. Яйца чистим от скорлупы, картошку и морковку от кожуры.
Лук нарезаем мелкими кубиками, перекладываем его в пиалу. Туда же насыпаем сахар, соль и наливаем уксус. Затем заливаем все кипятком, перемешиваем. Оставляем лук мариноваться, до полного остывания воды. Далее сливаем жидкость.
Остывшее куриное филе режем мелким кубиком. На дно подноса ставим разъемную форму без поддона. Первым слоем выложим филе + майонез. Затем выкладываем остывший маринованный лук.
Картель трем на крупную терку, он будет следующим слоем нашего салата. Его смажем майонезом. Маринованные огурцы мелко режем, выкладываем его на картошку.
Морковь натрем на крупную терку, выкладываем ее сверху огурцов, смазываем майонезом. Дальше идет слой консервированного горошка. Свежий огурец нарежем мелко. Он будет следующим слоем + майонез. Яйца трем на крупную терку. Их выкладываем сверху.
Укроп измельчаем и смешиваем с майонезом. Этой смесью смазываем салат. Ставим на 1 час в холод.
Далее снимаем форму и смазываем бока смесью майонеза и укропа. Делаем сверху узоры из майонеза.
