Рецепт необычного салатика с кукурузой

Для приготовления такого салата потребуются следующие ингредиенты: 1 банка консервированной кукурузы, 150 грамм твердого сыра, 150 грамм чернослива, 3 яйца, 1 пучок зеленого лука, 2 столовые ложки майонеза, 1 долька чеснока.

Чернослив нужно тщательно промыть, переложить в пиалу и залить кипятком. Оставляем его на 10 минут. По истечении времени сольем с него воду, нарежем его кусочками небольшого размера. По желанию чернослив можно заменить оливками.

Куриные яйца нужно заранее отварить вкрутую, слить воду, остудить, очистить от скорлупы. Натрем их на крупной терке. Твердый сыр так же необходимо натереть на крупную терку.

В миску выкладываем натертый твердый сыр. Туда же переложим кусочки чернослива, яйца. Открываем баночку консервированной кукурузы, сливаем жидкость и выкладываем 1/3 часть банки в посуду к подготовленным ингредиентам.

Остальную кукурузу будем использовать в качестве украшения. Дольку чеснока почистим и пропустим через пресс прямо в салат. Теперь заправляем салат обильно майонезом, тщательно размешиваем.

Готовый салатик выложим на тарелку в виде початка кукурузы.

Сверху выкладываем оставшуюся консервированную кукурузу. Перья зеленого лука промоем, разрезаем их вдоль, внутреннюю часть листа смажем майонезом и выкладываем на кукурузу.
