Рецепт оригинального салата «Шапочка снегурочки»

Для приготовления возьмем: 300 гр. куриного запеченного филе, 300 гр. консервированной кукурузы, 300 гр. консервированных ананасов, 200 гр. полутвердого сыра, 30 гр. творога, 25 гр. сливочного масла, 30 гр. голубой кокосовой стружки, 2 ст. л. майонеза, 2 дольки чеснока, 20 зерен граната.
Ананасы необходимо нарезать кубиками среднего размера . Куриное филе тоже нарезаем кубиками небольшого размера. В посуду переложим измельченное филе, ананасы. К ним добавим консервированную кукурузу. После этого салат нужно поперчить по вкусу и заправить майонезом, тщательно размешать.
Глубокую тарелку, похожую на шапочку, застелем пищевой пленкой . Затем в нее переложим салат, утрамбовываем его ложкой, накрываем пищевой пленкой. Уберем его в холодильник примерно на 10 минут.
По истечению времени достаем салат, разворачиваем пищевую пленку и накрываем его большой плоской тарелкой , переворачиваем. 100 гр. сыра нужно натереть на мелкую терку. Этим сыром необходимо посыпать сверху готовый салат.
Голубую кокосовую стружку необходимо измельчить в кофемолке. Остатки сыра натрем на крупной терке. Затем переложим его в чашу блендера. К нему добавим творог и размягченное сливочное масло, измельченный чеснок. Все измельчаем до однородной массы.
Из этой массы делаем маленькие шарики, обваливаем их в кокосовой стружке.
Теперь эти шарики выложим вокруг салата. Сверху выкладываем еще один шарик. Украсим салатик зернами граната.
