Рулеты из ветчины с начинкой- вкуснее чем из магазина

Ингредиенты:

тонкие ломтики ветчины – 12-14 шт.

яйцо – 2 шт.

сыр “Российский” – 70 гр.

маринованный огурец – 1-2 шт.

майонез

чеснок – 2-3 зубчика

укроп

петрушка

соль, перец

Как приготовить кулинарный рецепт с фото и пошаговым приготовлением рулеты из ветчины с начинкой.

Тонкие ломкити ветчины, в которую завернута пикантная начинка станет любимой закуской. Маринованные огурцы, а так же немного чеснока придадут этому блюду свежесть и небольшую остроту, из-за чего захочется ее пробовать снова и снова.

Готовим рулетики из ветчины с начинками:

Шаг 1 Яйца варим, чистим, трем на мелкой терке.
Шаг 2 Сыр трем на мелкой терке.
Шаг 3 Маринованный огурец режем маленькими кубиками.
Шаг 4 Укроп мелко режем.
Шаг 5 В тарелку выкладываем яйцо, сыр, огурец, укроп, пропущенный через пресс чеснок. Заправляем майонезом, солим, перчим.
Шаг 6 Хорошо перемешиваем.
Шаг 7 В середину каждого ломтика ветчины кладем 1-2 чайные ложки начинки. Сворачиваем рулет, скрепляем шпажкой, украшаем петрушкой и подаем к столу.Приятного аппетита!
