Салат «Подсолнух» украсит Ваш праздничный стол

Чтобы приготовить салатик нужно взять: 1 копченый куриный окорочок, 250 гр. твердого сыра, 6 куриных яиц, 200 гр. маринованных шампиньонов, 200 гр. маслин, 120 гр. чипсов со вкусом бекона, оливки для украшения, майонез.

Начинаем готовить. Сыр необходимо натереть на мелкой терке. Для этого салата нам будет нужна большая плоская тарелка круглой формы. Первым слоем выложим сыр, смазываем майонезной сеточкой.

С куриного окорочка снимем шкуру, срежем мясо с кости и нарежем его кубиками небольшого размера. Выкладываем мясо на слой сыра + майонез.

Маринованные шампиньоны режем тонкими пластинками. Их выкладываем третьим слоем, смазываем слегка майонезом.

Куриные яйца предварительно отвариваем вкрутую, остужаем, снимаем скорлупу, отделим белки от желтков. Белки нужно натереть на мелкой терке, выложим их следующим слоем на грибы, смазываем майонезом.

Желтки так же необходимо натереть на мелкую терку. Это будет еще один слой нашего салатика.

Маслины необходимо нарезать на восемь частей каждую. Ими украшаем салат в три ряда, отступаем снизу тарелки на 1 см. Сверху из половинок маслин и оливок делаем маленькую пчелку.

Теперь убираем салат минимум на полчаса в холодильник пропитываться. После этого продолжаем украшать его чипсами.
