Салат с блинчиками порадует Ваших гостей за праздничным столом

Чтобы приготовить салатик возьмем следующие ингредиенты: 300 г. куриного филе, 3 яйца, 1 луковица, 1 банка консервированной кукурузы, 4 зубчика чеснока, 1 пучок зелени укропа, 2 столовые ложки майонеза.

Яйца необходимо взбить в миске до однородного состояния, делим полученную массу на 3 части.

Сковороду ставим на огонь, смазываем небольшим количеством растительного масла, выливаем по очереди полученную яичную массу, обжариваем с обеих сторон до румяной корочки. Таким образом, у нас получается 3 яичных блинчика.

Готовые блинчики сворачиваем рулетиком и оставлять остывать.

Луковицу чистим, обжариваем на растительном масле до золотистого оттенка.

Куриную грудку отвариваем заранее в подсоленной воде до готовности, остужаем. После этого ее нужно нарезать кубиками небольшого размера.

Остывшие блинчики необходимо порезать кружочками средней толщины. Несколько кружочков оставляем для украшения салата.

Пучок зелени укропа хорошо промоем под проточной водой, просушиваем и мелко нарезаем.

В салатницу перекладываем все подготовленные ингредиенты. Далее к ним добавляем пропущенный через пресс чеснок, консервированную кукурузу, остывший обжаренный лук, черный перец и майонез. Тщательно перемешиваем.

Готовый салатик перед подачей охлаждаем в холодильнике, украшаем зеленью и кружочками блинчиков.
