Салат с печенью – рецепт по цене пары бутылок молока

Для готовки нужно взять такие продукты: 400 грамм говяжьей печени, 1 морковку, 1-2 луковицы, 3 яйца, 1 столовую ложку муки, 2-3 маринованных огурчика, 35 грамм очищенного грецкого ореха, 1-2 дольки чеснока, 2 столовые ложки майонеза, соль.

Вначале готовки займемся печенью. Ее необходимо очистить от пленки и нарезать на тонкие полосочки. Теперь обжариваем печенку на сковороде с растительным маслом примерно 7 минут на сильном огне. Затем переложим ее в миску, остудим.

Тем временем приготовим яичные блинчики. Для этого яйца необходимо взбить с щепоткой соли. Далее в яичную смесь высыпаем муку, тщательно размешиваем венчиком, чтобы не было комочков.

Скороду ставим огонь, смажем ее слегка растительным маслом. После этого выливаем половником необходимое количество теста, обжариваем блинчики с обеих сторон. Теперь готовые блинчики выкладываем друг на друга, сворачиваем рулетом и нарезаем соломкой. Выкладываем их в посуду к печени.

Морковку чистим, трем на крупную терку, обжарим на растительном масле до мягкости. Затем переложим ее к остальным продуктам.

Лук режем тонкими полукольцами, жарим до золотистого оттенка, выкладываем в посуду к печени.

Маринованные огурцы режем небольшими кусочками, их так же добавляем в салат. Грецкие орешки обжариваем на сухой сковороде, измельчаем ножом и переложим в миску. Сюда же выдавливаем чеснок через пресс.

Салат заправляем майонезом, перемешиваем.
