Салатик «Сказочная поляна», от которого вся семья будет в восторге

Для готовки нужно: 1 банка кукурузы, 400 гр. куриной грудки, 100 гр. сыра, 3 яйца, 1 соленый огурец, перья зеленого лука, 2 ст. л. майонеза, приправа для курицы.

Куриные яйца варим вкрутую. Затем сливаем воду, остудим их, очистим, порежем кубиками. Далее возьмем соленый огурец, его так же необходимо порезать кубиком небольшого размера.

Перья зеленого лука промоем, просушим и нарежем. Твердый сыр нужно натереть на крупную терку.

Кукурузу выложим в салатницу. Туда же переложим яйца, соленый огурец, зеленый лук и твердый сыр.

Куриное филе необходимо промыть, просушить. После чего солим его, перчим и натираем приправой для курицы с двух сторон. На раскаленную сковородку наливаем подсолнечное масло, выкладываем куриное мясо. Обжариваем его с обеих сторон до золотистого оттенка.

Далее в сковородку выльем 0,5 стакана воды. Затем накроем сковородку крышкой и тушим еще примерно 10 минут на маленьком огне. После этого выкладываем филе на бумажные салфетки. Остывшее мясо порежем брусочками.

Сковородку с жидкостью, которая осталась в ней, снова поставим на горелку, выкладываем нарезанное мясо, обжариваем его 2 минуты.

Подготовленные ингредиенты заправляем майонезом, размешиваем и выкладываем горкой на блюдо.

По бокам салата выложим обжаренное филе, посыпаем измельченным луком.
