Вкусный диетический рецепт салатика с авокадо

Для приготовления данного салата нужно взять: 150 г. семги, ½ стакана риса, 140 г. творожного сливочного сыра, 100 г. твердого сыра, 1 авокадо, 2 столовые ложки лимонного сока, несколько веточек зелени укропа, соль, черный молотый перец.

Готовим соус. Творожный сыр переложим в пиалу. Веточки зелени укропа тщательно промоем в воде, просушим и мелко нарежем, выкладываем его в посуду к творожному сыру, перчим и хорошо размешиваем.

Рис тщательно промываем в воде несколько раз. Затем варим до готовности в подсоленной воде, остужаем.

Авокадо промоем, почистим шкурку, разрезаем на 2 части и удаляем косточку. Нарезать его нужно кубиками небольшого размера, перекладываем в отдельную тарелку и сбрызгиваем лимонным соком.

Красную рыбу можете брать любую. Я взяла семгу, ее необходимо порезать кубиками маленького размера.

Переходим к сборке салата. Для этого нам понадобится большая плоская тарелка и форма или съемное кольцо (ставим его на тарелку). Первым слоем выкладываем остывший рис. На него выкладываем половину приготовленного соуса.

Вторым слоем будет авокадо, слегка утрамбовываем. Далее выложим оставшийся соус из творожного сыра. Следующим слоем укладываем кусочки рыбы. Накрываем салат пищевой пленкой и убираем в холодильник на 30-60 минут.

По истечению времени осторожно снимаем форму, посыпаем салат тертым на мелкую терку сыром.
