Простая выпечка к новогоднему столу

Чтобы приготовить пироги с яблоками нужно: 3 яблока среднего размера, 500 гр. готового слоеного бездрожжевого теста, 4 ст. ложки сахара, творожная масса, сметана, 1 яйцо.

На первом этапе приготовления с яблок нужно снять кожуру, вырезать сердцевину и нарезать кусочками небольшого размера. Выкладываем их в небольшую кастрюльку и посыпаем сахаром. Ставим на маленький огонь, постоянно перемешиваем. Тушим яблоки 5-10 минут.

Слоеное бездрожжевое тесто можно купить в магазине или сделать самим заранее. Я использую тесто из магазина (предварительно разморозила). У нас получается 3 пласта теста. Каждый пласт делим на 4 одинаковые части (квадрата).

Каждую часть раскатываем, по центру выкладываем достаточное количество яблочной начинки.

Творожную массу перемешиваем со сметаной. Ложку этой смеси выкладываем на яблочную начинку и заворачиваем тесто в треугольник, плотно слепляем края.

Если плохо слепить края может вытечь яблочный сироп. С остальными частями теста делаем аналогичные действия.

Подготовленные пироги перекладываем на противень, смазанный небольшим количеством растительного масла. Яйцо разбиваем в пиалу, слегка взбиваем и этой смесью смазываем каждый треугольник.

Ставим противень в подогретую до 180 градусов духовку. Выпекаем примерно 15-20 минут.
