Рецепт пирога с яблоками из слоеного теста как из пекарни

Чтобы приготовить такой пирог мы возьмем следующие ингредиенты: готовое слоеное тесто быстрого приготовления, яблоки, сахар, сливочное масло, одно сырое куриное яйцо.
Начнем готовить. Возьмем заранее подготовленное слоеное тесто быстрого приготовления и разделим его на две неравных части. Большую часть тонко раскатаем. А из маленькой части будем делать позже полоски на пирог. Вы можете использовать слоеное тесто, купленное в магазине.
Затем выкладываем тесто в форму для выпечки . Яблоки промываем под проточной водой, разрезаем пополам и вычищаем сердцевину. Дальше их нужно нарезать кубиками среднего размера. На раскатанное тесто выкладываем измельченные яблоки.
Сахар нам нужно растопить на огне . И полить ним сверху начинку из резаных яблок.
Поверх них выкладываем небольшие кусочки сливочного масла.
Теперь возьмем меньшую часть теста , немного ее раскатаем и разрезаем ее на полоски шириной приблизительно по два см. Выкладываем их сверху на яблочную начинку.
Затем одно куриное яйцо разобьем в небольшую пиалу, немного размешаем его и сверху смажем яичной смесью наш пирог из слоеного теста. Далее посыпаем его небольшим количеством сахара.
Ставим форму с пирогом в подогретую до двухсот градусов духовку. Выпекаем его до готовности и румяного цвета . Пирог с яблоками получается очень ароматный и хрустящий.
