ОЧЕНЬ ВКУСНЫЙ, НЕЖНЫЙ и БЫСТРЫЙ

(без яиц)

Ингредиенты на сковороду среднего размера.
Я делала на противне, поэтому брала двойной рецепт.

Итак,
– сахар 1 ст.
– мука 1 ст.
– манка 1 ст.
– сода 1 ч.л. без горки
– ваниль
– корица
– масло сливочное 60-80 гр.
– яблоки 4-5 шт.
– сахарная пудра для украшения

Масло убираем в морозилку. Духовку включаем на 180 градусов.

Делаем смесь из сухих ингредиентов (первые шесть в списке).
Яблоки натираем на крупной терке. Можно почистить, но я не заморачивалась, натирала с кожуркой и там, где она отделялась сама, убирала ее.
Сковороду или противень смазываем маслом.
Сухую смесь мы визуально делим на 4 части (или прикидываем по стаканам), а яблоки делим на 3 части.
Высыпаю одну часть сухой смеси на противень.
Сверху выкладываем слой яблок.
Затем снова сухую смесь и так далее.
Верхний слой – сухой. Поверх него натираем на терке масло
и пирог отправляется в духовку на 40-50 минут до слегка румяного состояния.

Важно: пирог нужно хорошо остудить. Лучше даже делать его с вечера, а предлагать утром. Перед подачей можно посыпать сахарной пудрой.
