Аппетитная закуска, которая разнообразит Ваше новогоднее меню

Для приготовления этой закуски подготовим следующее: 50 грамм ветчины, 50 грамм твердого сыра, 50 грамм болгарского перца, 50 грамм консервированной кукурузы, 2 столовые ложки майонеза, веточки укропа для украшения, пачка чипсов.
Начинаем готовить. Вначале подготовим все ингредиенты. Твердый сыр необходимо нарезать очень мелкими кубиками. Выкладываем его в посуду.
Я для этой закуски взяла ветчину, ее также нужно нарезать мелким кубиком. Перекладываем ее в туже посуду, что и кусочки твердого сыра. Вы можете взять вместо ветчины любое копченое мясо, которое приходится Вам больше по вкусу.
Болгарский перец промоем, слегка просушим, очистим от семян . Нарезаем его очень мелкими кусочками. Выкладываем его в посуду к уже подготовленным ингредиентам.
Туда же высыпаем консервированную кукурузу. Затем добавим небольшое количество майонеза и тщательно размешиваем получившийся салатик.
После этого выкладываем по одной столовой ложке салата на чипсы. Лучше делать это непосредственно перед подачей на стол, тогда закуска будет хрустящей и чипсы не размокнут.
На готовую закуску выкладываем по небольшой веточке укропа.
