Рецепт необыкновенных блинчиков с селедкой и яйцами

Для приготовления необходимо: 500 мл молока, 2 яйца, 200 гр. муки, 1 ст. л. сахара, немного соли, 100 гр. свежих или замороженных листьев шпината, 2 ст. л. растительного масла.

Для приготовления начинки: 150 гр. филе слабосоленой селедки, 2 яйца, 5 веточек зеленого лука, 2 ст. л. майонеза.

Все ингредиенты достаем заранее из холодильника, они должны быть комнатной температуры. Шпинат можете брать свежий или замороженный. Перекладываем его в посуду и заливаем достаточным количеством кипятка. Затем накрываем и отставляем в сторону примерно на 6 минут.

После этого переложим шпинат в чашу блендера, выливаем к нему молоко, измельчаем (примерно 2-3 минуты).

Переходим к приготовлению теста. Полученную жидкость переливаем в миску. В нее разобьем яйца, высыпаем соль, сахар и перемешиваем. Затем вводим порционно просеянную муку. Вымешиваем тесто и наливаем растительное масло. Отставим его на полчаса.

Готовим начинку. Зеленый лук измельчаем. Куриные яйца заранее отвариваем и режем мелкими кубиками. Селедку также нарезаем мелким кубиком. В эти ингредиенты добавим майонез, размешиваем.

Сковородку нагреваем, выливаем 1 половник теста, жарим с обеих сторон примерно по 2 минуты.

На блин выкладываем начинку, сворачиваем рулетиком, разрезаем готовый блин на 2 части.
