Рецепт оригинальной закуски. Фаршированный батон

Для приготовления нужно: 1 куриное филе, 200 гр. шампиньонов, 1 сладкий перец, 2 помидора, 1 луковица, 5 листов пекинской капусты, 2 батона, майонез, 2 ст. л. сметаны, специи, 1 ст. л. соевого соуса.

На первом этапе готовки подготовим формочки. Для этого нужно батон разрезать пополам и достать из каждой половинки мякиш.

Переходим к приготовлению начинки. Листья пекинской капусты моем, просушиваем и рвем на кусочки небольшого размера.

Помидоры перекладываем в пиалу, заливаем кипятком на пару минут. Затем снимаем с них кожицу, нарезаем кусочками. Выкладываем их в посуду к капусте.

Луковицу нужно очистить и нарезать кубиком маленького размера. Сладкий перец вымыть, просушить, очистить от семян и нарезать кусочками.

Грибы можно брать любые. Я взяла шампиньоны. Их нужно почистить и нарезать тонкими пластинками. Куриное мясо нужно нарезать кубиками среднего размера.

На огонь ставим сковородку. Наливаем растительное масло. После этого обжариваем лук 5 минут.

Затем на отдельной сковороде жарим грибы до румяного цвета. Добавляем соль, черный перец, специи, 1 ст. л. сметаны, размешиваем. Далее выкладываем их на тарелку.

Филе нужно тоже обжарить на масле с добавлением соли, перца и специй. За 10 минут до готовности выкладываем к нему кусочки перца и выливаем соевый соус, размешиваем.

В тарелку к капусте высыпаем лук, грибы, сметану, майонез. Все размешиваем.

В батон выкладываем слоями салат и мясо.
