Новогодние роллы с красной икрой

Для готовки возьмем: манго, листы нори, 300 гр. круглозернистого риса для суши, 30 мл рисового уксуса, красную икру, замороженные клешни камчатского краба, филе тунца холодного копчения, сливочный сыр, 330 мл воды, 1 ст. л. сахара, 1/3 ч. л. соли.
Рис нужно хорошо промыть в воде . После этого пересыпаем его в кастрюлю, наливаем воду и ставим вариться на огонь. Как только вода закипит, убавляем огонь до минимума и варим еще 15 минут.
Готовим заправку для риса. В пиалу нальем рисовый уксус. К нему добавим сахар и соль, размешиваем до полного растворения.
Готовый рис необходимо пересыпать в миску. Туда же добавляем заправку, хорошо перемешиваем.
Переходим к приготовлению начинки. Клешни краба зальем холодной водой и оставим примерно на 30 минут. Они должны разморозиться. Краб у меня уже вареный, но его все равно нужно проварить еще 5 минут. После из клешни вынимаем мясо, нарезаем его соломкой.
С манго снимаем кожуру, вынимаем мякоть и режем на полоски.
Пачку листов нори разрезаем их на 2 части. Сливочный сыр перекладываем в кондитерский мешок. Филе тунца нарезаем пластинками.
На коврик смазанный маслом, выкладываем нори глянцевой стороной вниз. На него рис (2 см не докладываем на лист, и на 2 см выходим за лист), переворачиваем его рисом вниз.
Затем выкладываем мясо краба, манго, сливочный сыр . После аккуратно сворачиваем ролл.
Сверху кладем тунец, разрезаем и выкладываем красную икру.
