Рецепт нежной запеканки из двух видов рыбки

Для приготовления такой запеканки Вам потребуются следующие продукты: 700 гр. любой красной рыбы, 300 гр. филе любой белой рыбы, приправы для рыбы, сметана, несколько веточек зелени петрушки, 70 гр. сыра твердых сортов, 2 ст. ложки панировочных сухарей, половинка лимона.

Переходим к нашей готовке. Форму, в которой будем запекать рыбку, смажем небольшим количеством подсолнечного масла. Филе красной рыбы промоем, просушим бумажными салфетками. Теперь выложим его на дно формы, солим и натираем приправами для рыбы по вкусу.

Затем на нее выдавим небольшое количество лимонного сока. После этого хорошо промазываем филе рыбы слоем сметаны. Для этого блюда я взяла филе рыбки кижуч.

Веточки зелени петрушки промоем под проточной водой, обсушим, измельчаем. Ее выложим сверху на сметану.

В качестве белой рыбы я взяла аргентинскую мерлузу. Ее так же необходимо промыть, просушить. Затем выкладываем белую рыбку на слой зелени, солим, посыпаем приправами и поливаем лимонным соком. Далее опять идет слой сметаны + измельченная зелень.

Петрушку накроем еще одним филе красной рыбы, которое мы ранее помыли, обсушили. Рыбу солим, натираем приправами и сбрызнем подсолнечным маслом.

Форму ставим в подогретую до 180 градусов духовку. Запекаем примерно 20 мин. Панировочные сухари необходимо перемещать с тертым на мелкой терке сыром. По истечению 20 мин форму достаем из духовки, посыпаем запеканку сухарями и сыром, ставим обратно еще на 5 мин.
