Лакомый салат из красной рыбы

Для салата нам нужно: 150 грамм крем-сыра, 4 столовые ложки майонеза, 3 столовые ложки сметаны, 200-250 грамм филе красной рыбы, 8 яиц, 500 грамм крабовых палочек, 1 стакан отварного риса, листья салата, крупная морковь.
Сначала мы приготовим крем для салата. Возьмем крем-сыр, переложим его в тарелку, добавить к нему майонез. Дальше к этим продуктам высыпаем сметану. Затем нам нужно эти три ингредиента смешать между собой до получения однородной массы.
Красную рыбу можете взять любую. Ее нужно порезать тоненькими ломтиками. Яйца отвариваем вкрутую и нарезаем кубиками. Крабовые палочки тоже нарезаем мелкими кубиками.
Для этого салата нам понадобится форма или большая глубокая пиала. Возьмем пищевую пленку и застелем ею дно и края формы или пиалы с припусками. Застилаем дно и края формы или пиалы кусочками рыбы в один слой и смазываем сделанным кремом. Сверху рыбу покрываем листьями салата.
Морковь отвариваем до готовности и натираем на крупную терку. Рис нужно хорошо промыть и отварить до готовности.
Следующий слой салата – яйца. Их нужно немного придавить ко дну форму. Сверху яйца смазываем кремом. А следующим слоем идут крабовые палочки. Этот слой тоже промазываем кремом. На крем выкладываем тертую морковь и покрываем ее кремом. Последним слоем идет рис. Его тоже смазываем кремом.
Форму заворачиваем пленкой и убираем на ночь в холодильник. По истечению времени форму перевернуть на тарелку.
