Невероятно вкусный рецепт салата «Наполеон» в виде торта

Для такого салата подготовьте следующее: 1 кг слоеного бездрожжевого теста, 2 отварной моркови, 5 яиц, 200 грамм плавленого сыра, 200 грамм сардины, соль, чеснок, майонез.
Нам будет нужно сделать для салатика 5 коржей . Раскатываем тесто на пергаменте, вырезаем корж прямоугольной формы, обрезки выкладываем рядом. Затем делаем вилкой несколько проколов в разных места. Перекладываем на противень. Выпекаем при 180 градусах 8-12 минут.
Готовые обрезки измельчим в блендере в крошку.
Морковь отвариваем заранее до готовности в подсоленной воде, остужаем и трем на крупную терку. Куриные яйца тоже предварительно варим вкрутую, остужаем, делим на белки и желтки. Белки трем на крупной терке, а желтки на мелкую. После этого на мелкую терку необходимо натереть плавленый сыр, переложим его в посуду к желткам, размешаем.
Количество чеснока берите на свое усмотрение. Его очищаем, пропускаем через пресс и перемешиваем с майонезом. Теперь в каждую начинку добавим майонез, размешиваем и солим по вкусу.
Консервированную сардину разминаем вилкой до однородности вместе с маслом.
Первый корж смазываем майонезом . На него выложим сардины, накрываем еще коржом. Далее майонез + морковь + корж.
Затем снова майонез + желток + корж. Следующий корж майонезом не смазываем. На него выложим белки + корж + майонез.
Бока смажем майонезом. Украшаем торт измельченной крошкой. Охлаждаем минимум 3 часа.
