Невероятно вкусный рецепт салата-рулета – рецепт быстрого приготовления

Для приготовления нужно: 4 яйца, 350 гр. куриной грудки, 1 луковица, 150 гр. грибов, 5 картофелин, 300 гр. майонеза, 70 гр. грецких орехов, 1 свекла, 150 гр. чернослива, 200 гр. плавленого сыра (слайсов), 1 гранат.
Яйца варим вкрутую, трем на мелкую терку . Куриную грудку отвариваем в подсоленной воде до готовности. Режем мясо кубиками среднего размера. Выкладываем грудку в салатницу.
Луковицу чистим от шелухи, режем мелким кубиком . Для этого блюда я использую шампиньоны. Вы можете брать любые другие грибы. Их нужно промыть, нарезать тонкими пластинками и обжарить на сухой сковороде.
Далее нальем небольшое количество растительного масла, выложим лук, обжариваем до готовности. Затем солим по вкусу, перемешиваем. Когда грибы остынут, переложим их в посуду к курице, размешаем.
Картофель и свеклу отвариваем по отдельности. Когда они остынут, снимем с них кожуру и натрем на крупную терку.
Разделочную доску накроем пищевой пленкой. На нее сверху выложим тертую картошку, разровняем и обильно смажем майонезом, солим, перчим. Теперь выложим грибы с курицей + майонез.
Следующим слоем будут измельченные грецкие орехи.
После этого выложим слой свеклы, промазанной майонезом. Теперь равномерно разложим по всей поверхности чернослив и завернем рулет. Ставим его в холодильник на 3 часа.
После этого снимем пленку, сверху выложим сырные слайсы, смажем их майонезом, посыпаем все тертыми яйцами.
Украшаем зернами граната.
