Нежный салат с яблоками украсит Ваш стол

Для приготовления необходимо следующее: 240 гр. крабовых палочек, 5 яиц, 100 гр. твердого сыра, 1 яблоко, 2-3 ст. л. майонеза, 1 ст. л. лимонного сока, пучок зелени укропа.
На первом этапе займемся заготовками для салатика . Куриные яйца нужно отварить вкрутую. Затем сливаем воду, остужаем яйца, очищаем от скорлупы и разделим их на белки и желтки. Белки необходимо потереть на крупной терке, а желтки трем на мелкую терку.
Твердый сыр так же нужно натереть на мелкой терке. С крабовых палочек снимем обертку. Их необходимо натереть на крупную терку.
Яблоко промоем под проточной водой, просушим, снимем с него кожуру и вырежем сердцевину. Затем натрем его на крупной терке. Поливаем тертое яблоко свежевыжатым лимонным соком, тщательно размешиваем. Это нужно сделать для того, чтобы оно не потемнело.
Пучок веточек укропа промоем, просушим и мелко нарежем.
Переходим к сборке салата. На блюдо выложим тертые куриные белки первым слоем. Затем смажем их слегка майонезом. Вторым слоем выкладываем тертый твердый сыр. Его так же слегка смазываем майонезом.
Следующими выкладываем крабовые палочки (но не все, немного оставим для украшения салатика), на них делаем сеточку из майонеза. Еще одним слоем будут тертые яблоки. И снова майонез. Последним слоем будут тертые желтки.
Готовый салат украшаем по кругу измельченным укропом. И еще одним кругом выкладываем оставшиеся крабовые палочки.
