Оригинальный и вкусный салат «Лисья шубка»

Для приготовления салата необходимо взять следующие продукты: 300 г. филе селедки, 3 картофеля, 2 морковки, 3 яйца, 300 г. шампиньонов, 1 луковица, растительное масло, соль, черный молотый перец, майонез.

Картофель отвариваем заранее в подсоленной воде, снимаем кожуру. Морковь варим до готовности, чистим. Яйца варим вкрутую, остужаем, снимаем скорлупу. Луковицу чистим от шелухи, режем кубиками небольшого размера.

Грибы хорошо промоем, просушим, нарежем тонкими пластинками. На средний огонь ставим сухую сковороду, выкладываем шампиньоны.

Когда жидкость, которую пустили грибы, испарилась, мы солим их и перчим, нальем немного растительного масла, перемешиваем и обжариваем несколько минут. Далее к шампиньонам выкладываем лук, обжариваем до готовности. После этого выложим их на бумажные полотенца, чтобы лишнее масло впиталось.

Куриные яйца и картофель необходимо натереть на крупную терку. Филе слабосоленой селедки нарезаем кубиками небольшого размера. Если в процессе Вам попадутся косточки, удаляйте их. Отваренную морковку нужно натереть на мелкую терку.

Майонезом на тарелке рисуем форму лисички.

Первым слоем будет рыба + майонез. Вторым слоем выложим картофель, смазываем его майонезом.

Третьим слоем идут грибы + майонез. Далее выкладываем яйца + майонез. Последним слоем выложим морковь.

Украшаем тертым белком и маслинами. Убираем на 1 час салат в холодильник.
