Простой салат из крекера разнообразит ваш стол

Для приготовления салатика по такому рецепту возьмем следующие ингредиенты: 250 грамм соленого крекера, 240 грамм рыбной консервы, 100 грамм твердого сыра, 4 куриных яйца, майонез.
Для украшения: 1 куриное яйцо, 40-60 грамм твердого сыра.
Начинаем готовку с подготовки ингредиентов. Вначале отварим вкрутую все яйца, остудим их, очистим от скорлупы. 4 яйца трем на мелкую терку. А оставшееся яйцо разделяем на белок и желток. В отдельную посуду трем по отдельности на мелкой терке белок и желток.
Весь твердый сыр так же необходимо натереть на мелкую терку.
Я для салата взяла консервированную сардину . Вы можете брать любую рыбу. Консервы выкладываем на тарелку вместе с жидкостью, убираем кости и разминаем вилкой до однородности.
Для сборки салата нам будет нужна большая плоская тарелка. На ее поверхности делаем небольшую сеточку из майонеза, чтобы крекер не скользил по тарелке. После этого аккуратно выкладываем крекер в один слой. Смазываем его слегка майонезом.
Вторым слоем будет тертый сыр + майонез. Следующим слоем выложим еще часть крекера, который польем майонезом. Сверху выкладываем все консервы.
Затем будет снова крекер, смазанный майонезом. Теперь выложим тертые яйца + майонез и еще один слой крекера + майонез.
Украшаем бока тертым сыром. По центру посыпаем тертым желтком, а по краю белками.
