Рецепт быстрого приготовления салата «Блондинка»

Для приготовления необходимо взять следующее: 3 картофеля среднего размера, 3 помидора небольшого размера, 150 грамм колбасы, 100 грамм твердого сыра, 2 дольки чеснока, майонез, соль.

В начале приготовления подготовим картошку. Ее нужно почистить от кожуры и натереть на терку для корейской морковки. Если у Вас нет такой терки, то тогда Вы можете нарезать ее тонкой соломкой. После этого картофельную соломку необходимо тщательно промыть в воде несколько раз. Далее необходимо обсушить картошку с помощью бумажных салфеток.

На хорошо подогретую сковороду нальем достаточное количество растительного масла, обжариваем картошку небольшими порциями до золотистого цвета. Готовый картофель выкладываем на бумажные салфетки, чтобы излишки масла впитались.

Для этого салата я взяла докторскую колбасу. Ее необходимо нарезать соломкой небольшого размера. Твердый сыр трем на крупную терку.

Помидоры промоем в воде, просушим, срежем кончик. Их необходимо нарезать тонкими четвертинками.

Переходим к сборке салата. На плоскую тарелку ставим форму. На дно выложим помидоры. 2 столовые ложки майонеза смешиваем с измельченным чесноком. Этой смесью смазываем помидоры.

Далее выкладываем слой колбасы, смажем немного майонезом. Третьим слоем будет твердый сыр + майонез.

Картошку солим, перемешиваем и выкладываем последним слоем. После аккуратно снимаем форму.
