Рецепт легкого салатика на каждый день

Чтобы приготовить вкусный, легкий и хрустящий салат Вам потребуется взять следующие продукты: 800 грамм пекинской капусты, 2 свежих огурчика, 2 помидора, 2 куриных яйца, 340 грамм консервированной кукурузы, 1 пучок перьев зеленого лука, 3-4 столовые ложки подсолнечного масла, веточки зелени укропа.
Начинаем наше приготовление. Пекинскую капусту необходимо тонко нашинковать, перекладываем ее в салатницу.
Свежие огурцы промоем в воде, обсушим, обрежем кончики и нарежем тонкой соломкой, выложим их в посуду к капусте.
Зелень укропа и перья зеленого лука так же промоем под проточной водой, хорошо просушим и мелко нарезаем. Перекладываем их в салатницу.
Куриные яйца предварительно необходимо отварить вкрутую. После этого остудим их, очистим от скорлупы и порежем кубиками небольшого размера, выкладываем к подготовленным овощам.
Помидоры моем, обсушиваем, обрезаем плодоножку и режем тонкой соломкой, переложим их к нарезанным продуктам.
Откроем банку консервированной кукурузы, сольем жидкость, а зерна кукурузы добавим в салат. Теперь все немного перемешаем. Далее солим и перчим по вкусу. После этого салатик заправляем подсолнечным маслом, еще раз тщательно размешаем и подаем на стол.
