Рецепт необыкновенного салата для празднования Нового года

Чтобы приготовить это блюдо нужно: 250 гр. ветчины, 200 гр. твердого сыра, 1 свежий огурец, 250 гр. пекинской капусты, 200 гр. консервированной кукурузы, 100 гр. маслин без косточек, 1 помидор, 100 гр. майонеза.
Для украшения: 2 кружочка ветчины, 2 маслины, 1 свежий огурец, 1 помидор.
Свежий огурец моем, отрезаем кончики и режем маленькими кусочками.
Пекинскую капусту мелко шинкуем. Выкладываем ее в посуду к огурцам. Маслины нарезаем кружочками, перекладываем к подготовленным ингредиентам.
Туда же высыпаем консервированную кукурузу. Ветчину режем кубиками среднего размера. Выкладываем ее в общую посуду. Добавляем майонез и тщательно размешиваем салат.
Твердый сыр необходимо натереть на крупной терке. Готовый салат выкладываем на плоскую тарелку, разравниваем. После этого обильно посыпаем его тертым сыром.
Теперь делаем украшения для салата. С помощью круглой формы вырезаем круг из кусочка ветчины. А второй кусочек разрезаем на 4 части.
Круг из ветчины будет пятачком поросенка, а 2 половинки будут ушками. Из маслин сделаем глазки. Из оставшейся ветчины делаем хвостик.
По краям тарелки выкладываем кружочки помидора и огурца.
