Рецепт невероятно вкусного слоеного салата

Для приготовления этого блюда нам понадобится: 4 вареных вкрутую яйца, 2 средних картофеля, 1 большая морковка, 1 крупная луковица, 2 столовые ложки майонеза, уксус (80-100 гр.), 1 банка консервированного тунца.

Приготовление: очищаем лук и режем его маленькими кубиками. Затем перекладываем его в небольшую пиалу и заливаем уксусом.  Лук оставляем мариноваться на 10 минут. После того, как пройдет нужное нам время мы сливаем лишнюю жидкость из пиалы.

Переходим к следующему этапу. Перекладываем консервы из банки на тарелку. Это будет первый слой нашего салата. Аккуратно вилкой разминаем тунец, распределяя его равномерно по поверхности тарелки.

Вторым слоем выкладываем маринованный лук. Распределяем лук равномерно по всей тарелке.

Следующим слоем будет картофель. Для этого мы заранее отвариваем картофель, остужаем его и очищаем от кожуры. Затем натираем картофель на крупной терке, равномерно распределяя по поверхности тарелки.

Дальше берем майонез и тонким слоем смазываем картофель. Берем морковку, предварительно ее отварив и очистив, и натираем на крупной терке. Затем распределяем на тарелке. Это будет четвертый слой салата. Морковь немного смазываем майонезом.

Следующий слоем будет яичный белок, который мы натерли на крупную терку и разложили на морковь. Трем желтки на мелкую терку и украшаем салат сверху.
