Рецепт очень простого салата из печени

Для того, чтобы приготовить такое блюда нам нужно взять: 400 гр. куриной печени, одну морковку крупного размера, одну луковицу небольшого размера, один маленький малосольный огурец, подсолнечное масло для жарки, майонез, соль.
Начинаем приготовление. Сначала подготавливаем овощи. Возьмем морковь, очищаем и натираем на крупной терке. Затем берем луковицу, чистим ее и мелко нарезаем. Дальше возьмем огурец и нарезаем его тонкой соломкой. Печень отвариваем в подсоленной воде до готовности.
Возьмем сковородку, нальем в нее небольшое количество растительного масла для обжаривания овощей. И поставим ее на средний огонь разогреваться. Когда масло разогреется, мы выкладываем на сковородку измельченный лук и тертую морковь. Обжариваем овощи до готовности.
Когда печень сварилась и остыла, мы нарезаем ее соломкой.
Дальше выкладываем ее в посуду . Добавляем порезанный малосольный огурец и обжаренные лук с морковью.
Заправляем салат майонезом. Если Вы не очень любите майонез, то салат можно заправить подсолнечным маслом. Добавляем соль по вкусу.
Салат состоит из простых ингредиентов, но получается очень вкусным.
